I offer comprehensive services to lending institutions that ensure accurate construction loan disbursements.
The following services are provided to accomplish this:
- Analysis of documents for accuracy and constructibility
- Review of schedule of values and payment schedules
- On site inspection for payment applications and compliance of work with project documents and intent
I work closely with the loan officer and managers to assess payments and make recommendations. At the lender’s option I provide review of their documentation and forms to help improve safeguards and methods.
